Floating Home Villages

We have multiple purpose-built floating home communities under development throughout the Washington, DC region, including established and upcoming waterfront mixed-use town centers in DC, Maryland, and Virginia; along the Potomac River, Anacostia River and Washington Channel. 

Our floating home communities are NOT recreational boat marinas with liveaboards awkwardly crammed into boat slips with inadequate utilities and facilities. They are purpose-built residential communities that are specifically designed for residential on-water living. Think townhouse-style subdivisions with sidewalks, private outdoor spaces, etc. And of course the water views.

This housing option does not yet exist in the Washington DC region, but it is a common and established lifestyle choice (and has been for generations) in many other parts of the world - think The Netherlands, Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, and multiple other cities throughout Europe and Asia.
